जॉब ओवरव्यू: हम एक टेलीसेल्स रोल के लिए हायरिंग कर रहे हैं, जहाँ आप पोटेंशियल कस्टमर्स से जुड़ने, हमारी प्रोडक्ट रेंज (ड्राई फ्रूट्स और मसाले) के बारे में समझाने और फ़ोन पर सेल्स बढ़ाने के लिए ज़िम्मेदार होंगे।
BPO Job के मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ:
आउटबाउंड कॉलिंग: कंपनी के प्रोडक्ट्स को प्रमोट करने के लिए पोटेंशियल क्लाइंट्स (रिटेलर्स, होलसेलर्स, या डायरेक्ट कस्टमर्स) को कॉल करें।
प्रोडक्ट एक्सप्लेनेशन: कस्टमर्स को हमारे ड्राई फ्रूट्स और कमोडिटीज़ की क्वालिटी, प्राइसिंग और फ़ायदों के बारे में साफ़-साफ़ बताएं।
ऑर्डर जेनरेशन: सेल्स डील्स पक्की करें और फ़ोन पर ऑर्डर लें।
कस्टमर रिलेशनशिप: मौजूदा क्लाइंट्स के साथ अच्छे रिलेशन बनाए रखें ताकि दोबारा ऑर्डर मिलें।
डेटा मेंटेनेंस: सिस्टम/एक्सेल शीट में कस्टमर डिटेल्स और कॉल फ़ीडबैक अपडेट करें।
टारगेट अचीवमेंट: रोज़ाना/महीने के कॉल और सेल्स टारगेट पूरे करें।
BPO Job के कैंडिडेट की ज़रूरतें:
क्वालिफ़िकेशन: कम से कम 10th पास / 12th पास / कोई भी ग्रेजुएट।
एक्सपीरियंस: फ्रेशर्स का स्वागत है। टेलीसेल्स या BPO में एक्सपीरियंस एक प्लस पॉइंट है।
लैंग्वेज: बेसिक इंग्लिश और हिंदी/मराठी में फ़्लूएंसी।
स्किल्स: अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन स्किल्स, कॉन्फिडेंस और इंसेंटिव कमाने की इच्छा।
